Teen tanning-bed usage put in spotlight

Tanning is a $5 billion industry, but it creates a lot of controversy for teens and their parents who should really consider the long-term effects of tanning-bed use before baking themselves for a darker tint.

So let’s just enjoy some natural sun in moderation for the best health benefits. Tanning beds don’t stimulate our skin to produce vitamin D. They emit UVA rays which are associated with skin cancer.
